With this clarity in the open, we flow together with curiosity, allowing your body to intuitively reveal its wisdom, free from shame, judgment, or expectation. Within this intimate dance, I continuously hold you with love and care, with occasional check-ins and new invitations. Finally, we find a natural end to our ritual, give you time to share, and invite an integration of your experience.

What happens in a session?
Each session is a co-created experience, designed to meet you exactly where you are on your journey of self-exploration. We begin with a check-in, where you are invited to share what is alive within you—your desires, your challenges, and the themes you wish to explore. Together, we set clear intentions and boundaries, ensuring a space where you feel safe and fully in control, including defining the potential intimacy you wish to experience, if at all. Nothing is ever required—every part of the process is guided by your desire and consent.
Within the embodied part of the session, I hold a grounded, supportive space where you are invited to deepen your awareness of your body, sensations, and emotions. This exploration can, if you wish, involve practices of touch, intimacy, or nudity—but only when it feels right for you, and never has to. Throughout, I stay in communication with you, checking in and adjusting to your needs in the moment. You are always free to pause, reflect, or shift the direction of our exploration.
As we conclude, we take time to gently land and begin the process of integration. Together, we reflect on your experience, allowing insights to emerge and settle. I may offer practices or reflections to carry with you beyond the session, supporting your ongoing journey toward empowerment and authenticity.
